This program has income and asset restrictions.

The DDS program is for people with mental retardation who are any age. The DSS program is for ages 18-64.

HOW TO APPLY:

People with mental retardation contact DDS Central Intake for services. Other adults with disabilitities apply at regional DSS offices and suboffices.
