CONNECTICUT STATE MEDIAN INCOME: 2010

State Median Income is established by the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services. These guidelines are used to determine income eligibility for various local, state, and federal programs.

For most programs that use SMI for eligibility, the income chart is effective July 1-June 30 of each year.
