2-1-1’S HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care Guide is intended to provide information on local, state, and federal programs that work to meet the prevention goals and the service needs of Connecticut residents. We hope that the information in our Guide provides information that will help you understand the HIV/AIDS prevention and care options in Connecticut.

2-1-1 partnered with the Connecticut Department of Public Health's AIDS and Chronic Diseases Section and with the Statewide HIV Care Consortium's Public Awareness Work Group, whose membership comes from the Statewide HIV Care Consortium and the Connecticut HIV Prevention Planning Group.
